About Magnolia Early Childhood:

Hello!

My name is Maggie Jennings. I hold a professional Ohio State Teaching License (P3). I have a BA in Elementary Education (Anderson University, ‘03). In 2019, I began to pursue training in Montessori Education(2.5 to 6 yrs).

I have worked with children since I was young (starting in my church nursery and as a nanny). I am fascinated by the minds of young children and their ability to connect with their inner self and to the world..  During Covid, the school where I was working shut down temporarily.  That summer (2020), under our Magnolia tree (hence, our name) and mostly outdoors, I began offering neighboring families a safe, nurturing, Montessori-inspired, clean home environment for early childhood ages. In August 2025, we opened our schoolhouse as a dedicated space. This has been a lifelong dream, and I credit my faith and the support of my family.

My family consists of my husband (Jeremiah, “Mr. J”), our son (Eli, 20), our daughter (Hanna, 16), and our youngest daughter (Liza Jane, 3). In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting involved through our church, enjoying the outdoors, and staying active. I consider it an honor to work with children & families and look forward to meeting you and yours.

Warmly,

Maggie Jennings
